Carrier Distinguished Dealer

The Distinguished Dealer Award is an annual award to a select group of Carrier Factory Authorized Dealers who achieve high scores on a set of criteria established each year by the Carrier brand.

The award criteria will support and maintain a continual emphasis on sales leadership and on identifying dealers who are model Factory Authorized Dealers. Some criteria could change from year to year to mirror and support key annual brand strategies and goals.

In addition to the awards and recognition, each Distinguished Dealer Award winner will be invited to serve as part of a national sounding board to the Carrier brand leadership team to help further FAD program enhancements and contribute toward improvements to brand initiatives and its dealer support programs. Distinguished Dealer Award winners will also be asked to serve as role models, share "best practices" and otherwise offer peer mentoring to help cultivate excellence among the FAD group as a whole.

The Distinguished Dealer Award uses a weighted matrix that levels the playing field among dealerships of all sizes. Criteria are published in advance so that each dealer may plan and track his score and progress. Because the awards are based on achieving a minimum number of points against a pre-determined set of standards, all dealers who achieve that minimum score or above receive the award.

Award Components

• Each winner receives a custom-created trophy for display in their showroom
• Carrier’s public relations firm will develop a media release for each winner and provide placement assistance
• Each Distinguished Dealer Award winner will be showcased individually on www.carrier.com website as "Featured Dealer"
• Winners will also be featured in other brand public relations initiatives throughout year
• The President´s Award is dated for a specific year, which must be included when it is promoted by a dealer in local marketing efforts.
• Only Factory Authorized Dealers are eligible to participate and win every year
