Hi, on Thursday, June 19, 2008, my wife called you guys to request a service call at her Mom´s
house to check out her A/C unit. It was not working. Her mother is Helen Rennie. She has respiratory
problems, and heat and high humidity situations really take a toll on her. With that being a factor,
my wife Jackie asked if you could get someone out as soon as possible.
Your service technician Zack was there quite soon considering the short notice. He not only took care
of the problems with her air conditioner, but went way beyond that.
While he was finishing up his paper work and loading up his tools, Helen fell inside her house and
was not able to get back on her feet or back into her chair. He then called me on her cell phone
to tell me what happened, and waited with her until I was able to get there. When I got there he
helped me get her off the floor, back into her chair, situated and comfortable. We then proceeded
to take care of the payment details.
I don’t know if Helen would have been able to make the call for help if she was on her own,
and I know for sure I would have had a problem taking care of her by myself.
I know it was a very uncomfortable situation for Zach to be in, and that he has a schedule to
keep, and I just had to tell you how grateful we are for his concern and assistance.
In my opinion you guys are very lucky to have an employee like Zach, and we are very lucky
that he was the service man to make the call at Helen’s house that day.
