BEL-O Founding Fathers, Paul and Leo Lugge, opened the doors in 1959. When Paul and Leo began the company, they had only four employees and it was originally named Belleville-O'Fallon Cooling and Heating. Today, BEL-O is the Market Leader in the Madison, St. Clair and Monroe county area.
It was the early vision and hard work of Paul Lugge and now his son Jim that has made BEL-O the most trusted name in home comfort. Jim Lugge has continued the growth of the company with the advent of BEL-O Plumbing and just recently BEL-O Pest Solutions.
Today, BEL-O is almost one hundred employees strong and strives to be a leader in the St. Louis and Metro East communities.
